[Trainer Matrix Template] Final PDF downloaded

I am on the new matrix that can be located thought the Staff Portal. After completing all sections and then clicking the ‘finalise and export’ button. The downloaded pdf document comes up with a error “A drawing error has occurred”. Then I click ok and when I look at the document is looks blank (a white screen) but if you scroll up or down you can see that the text is actually there, white moving, but the minute you stop scrolling it goes back to being blank/white.
