Blended Learning
With a blended mix of theoretical and practical training, students will have an opportunity to practice at our Gold Coast campus. Our unique range of facilities and dedicated industry-trained trainers provide students with an exceptional learning experience.
On-campus facilities include a purpose-built commercial cookery kitchen, barista stations, bars, bistro, front office, housekeeping and concierge training areas to maximise the student learning experience.
Placement & career opportunities
