It is mandatory for certain people involved in Queensland's liquor and gaming industries to have an appropriate certification in the responsible service of gambling (RSG).
The Provide Responsible Gambling Services (RSG) qualification is a one day course designed to equip students with the fundamental skills required to provide responsible gambling services and information to customers who require assistance with problem gambling. You will learn the laws, restrictions and processes involved in working in a variety of venues within the hospitality industry

The Provide Responsible Gambling Services (RSG) is a one-day course (6 hours) which will be held at our Gold Coast campus. It is classroom-based delivery with interactive/role-playing during the class. Courses are held every four months. Please contact us to find out specific course dates.
On successful completion of this program, student will receive a Responsible Gambling services Statement of Attainment and have the skills and knowledge required to work within a wide range of gaming venues.
